Gastroenterology Associates Proudly Announces the Opening of its West Florida Hospital Office.
The Endoscopy Center, 4810 North Davis Highway is an ambulatory surgery center and is designed specifically to perform out-patient endoscopy and colonoscopy. The term endoscopy refers to direct visualization of the digestive tract with a video camera. This allows the physician to see the area being studied such as the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, rectum or colon. Several types of endoscopic procedures are performed in the center.
