• We provide two links for each listing, One with all your information to link it to your own website and the other one MLS compliant link.  For sellers without an agent representation the MLS compliant link is not of any use. 
• Our Listing pages contain links to mortgage calculators, map of the area and neighborhood data making your listing page, the only page you need to go for, for that listing.
• At an additional cost, you can make your listings stand out by getting a domain name with the property address for the listing page with your information.
• Choose from one of the color schemes we already provide or we can create one for you at an additional cost.
• Buyers can preview your property listing online before calling to set up a showing.

How To Purchase:

• If you are not already a member sign up as a member. Upon activation of your membership, login and upload your photo in jpg or gif format if you want it to appear in your listings.
• If you are already a member or a newly activated member, login and create your listing and save it.
• Under Edit My Listings, you will see a link to activate your listing. Click on this link to choose the package you want to purchase and pay through paypal.
• Upon receipt of payment your listing will become active.
• Now you can upload photos in jpg or gif format.
• If your package also includes virtual tours, you can also upload your virtual tour images.
• Once your listing is active, you will see two links under My Listings for this listing, that you can use to link to your listing.
• If your package also includes a domain name, please let us know once your listing is active, we will add the domain name to the listing. This process could take up to 2 days.
